Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Options
Greenway ACT Area –When you place an order with a Greenway address, we will gift you a $25 voucher (the cost of shipping) to use in salon as a thank you!
Outside Greenway (Australia-Wide) – Flat Rate $25
A simple flat shipping rate for all locations outside Greenway.
Delivery Delays
While we always aim for prompt delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to Australia Post disruptions, weather, or peak periods.
ABOUT FACE Tuggeranong is not responsible for delays outside our control, however we will always assist in tracking your order and resolving any issues.
Returns Policy
Due to hygiene and safety standards within the beauty industry, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Returns are accepted only if:
• The product is faulty
• The product arrives damaged
• An incorrect item was sent
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A short description
If approved, a replacement will be issued in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Non-Returnable Items

• Change-of-mind purchases
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will liaise directly with Australia Post (or personally for Greenway deliveries) to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
