Our philosophy and values are more than just words we have chosen to represent ABOUT FACE. They are the principles behind how we run our business, how we treat our clients and team and the decisions we make every day.
Our philosophy explains what we believe in and the type of experience we want people to have when they walk through our doors.
Our values explain how we put those beliefs into practice. They guide the way we work, the standards we set, the way we treat people, the way we develop our team and the decisions we make for the future of the business.
They are also a reflection of who I am as a business owner. I want ABOUT FACE to be successful, but I don’t want success to come at the expense of our standards, our relationships or who we are.
Most importantly, these aren’t values we simply talk about – they are values we aim to demonstrate every day, through the way we care for our clients, support our team, develop our skills, run our business and contribute to our local community.
