ABOUT FACE Beauty & Anti Aging Salon (AFB&AAS) reserves the right to discontinue any promotion at any time without notice – subject to availability – no rainchecks available on promo’s – all prices are inclusive of GST & are subject to change without notice.

Confirmation of Your Appointment
Confirm & secure your appointment with your credit card. At no time can your card information be seen or used inappropriately. If you have not confirmed your appointment with your credit card and paid the required deposit, AFB&AAS reserves the right to take appointments in your allocated time slot. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood & agree with the Terms & Conditions and Policies of AFB&AAS.
Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment & your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, we will offer you the time remaining for your treatment at the full treatment price as not to inconvenience the next client.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected things happen from time to time, you can cancel your appointment at anytime however your deposit WILL BE FORFEITED & a NEW APPOINTMENT/DEPOSIT is required. NO SHOWS WILL INCUR A 100% FEE of treatment cost.
Costs of Recovery
The debtor/s shall pay for all costs actually incurred by AFB&AAS in the recovery of any monies owed under this Agreement including recovery agent costs, repossession costs, location search costs, process server costs and solicitor costs on a solicitor/client basis.
Surcharges
Weekend/public holiday appointments – an additional 5% fee maybe applied at checkout. Due to ever increasing EFTPOS fees, an additional card fee will be applied at checkout.
Refunds
Please choose carefully, we do not issue refunds or exchange part packages to put towards other packages – unless allowed by consumer law. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
Birthday Bonus
When is your birthday?
We will send out a birthday voucher for your special day to redeem on services.
Package Deals
Package deals – purchase a 6 pack of treatments. See salon pamphlet for individual package deals. Package deals cannot be separated from one deal to another or shared between people.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Purchased GV’s can be redeemed on services, package deals or products. GV’s are valid for 3 years. Donated GV’s are valid for 1 month.
No Children
To ensure a relaxing and safe environment for all our guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to the salon unless they are receiving a service. Our space contains sharp tools, hot equipment, and chemical products that can pose a safety risk to unsupervised children. Additionally, many of our clients visit us to enjoy a peaceful and quiet experience.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a calm and professional atmosphere.
Phone Etiquette
To maintain a peaceful and professional environment for all clients, we kindly ask that phone conversations be taken outside when possible. Speakerphone and video calls are not permitted in the salon area.
